Tien Davis is an author, counselor, and speaker whose life’s work is dedicated to helping others find strength and purpose in the midst of pain. As a high school counselor and mentor, she has spent years guiding others through their hardest seasons—work deeply informed by her own journey of loss, abuse, single motherhood, and rebuilding.
Her debut book, Unbroken, is a deeply personal self-help memoir that blends storytelling and guidance for readers who are navigating grief, trauma, and healing. Tien writes with raw honesty, encouraging readers to embrace their resilience, honor their pain, and take ownership of their healing journey. Outside of writing and counseling, Tien is a devoted mother of two, a CrossFit enthusiast, and an advocate for authenticity and mental health awareness.
